At Willow Wood Lodge, we have everything you need to make this your destination home away from home. 

We love our customers, many who join us year round. Some come during the summer to enjoy the 6,400 acre Willow Flowage, the Tomahawk River which runs right through our resort and the surrounding areas for fishing and ATV'ing. Others come in the winter for snowmobiling, ice fishing and winter activities. 

We thank you for bringing your friends and family - grab a stool, have some freshly popped popcorn on us, and stay awhile. We hope you enjoy your visit and return again and again!

Comfort Food and Friendly Drinks

Happiness and satisfaction is what you are bound to feel after you've spent time at Willow Wood Lodge's Bar/Grill.  

The resort's hub, originally built in the 1880's as trapper's shack, is now a rustic bar/grill uniquely decorated with local wildlife mounts. You'll hardly be able to take your eyes away from the multiple bears on the ceiling, bobcats, and large fish on the wall long enough to enjoy something from our large selection of sandwiches, appetizers and pizzas. 

We serve delicious comfort food on our antique grill, cooked right in front of you while you are relaxing and drinking your beverage from our full service bar. 

At Willow Wood Lodge's bar/grill, whether it is the beautiful plentiful mounts, free fresh popcorn, pool table, video games, delicious food, flat screen TVs, inviting fireplace, gorgeous bartop, or simply the friendly inviting crowd, there is surely something the whole family will love!

Willow Wood Lodge is able to provide our guests vacationing in the Northwoods with some "extras" to make your visit with us not just convenient but more enjoyable for your experience here. 

For those wanting to use the trails to ATV or snowmobile, we can provide you with premium gasoline to get you where you want to go. 

If being on the Tomahawk River or the Willow Flowage is what you've come for we may be able to help with our boat rentals

We have a large picnic shelter for gatherings, as well as horseshoes and volleyball. 

There is so much more, just ask!

The bait awaits

Willow Wood Lodge's bait shop is more than a place for our anglers picking up bait and tackle. 

If you want to rent a canoe or kayak or Boat or pick up some firewood stop in and see us, we can help!

It also serves as a convenience store for our guests that have forgotten a few items or for those kiddos that are looking for candy or an ice cream sandwich. 

When you stop in ask about the weather and water level reports.

The bait shop is located right on Willow Dam Road, less than a 1/2 mile south of the boat landing and dam.

Easy in and out.

Our hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday - Sunday (closed Mondays) starting opening of fishing through Labor Day weekend.

What the Northwoods has to offer

ATV/UTV & Snowmobile Trails

Willow Wood Lodge is located in Oneida County  directly on the both ATV and snowmobiling trails.  

The Little Rice ATV Trail consists of 20 miles and links to trails in Langlade and Lincoln Counties totaling 400 miles.

We are on the Northern Trails Unlimited snowmobile trail. One of the many snowmobile trails that are apart of the network of the best of the thousands of trails all over the state. 

Come check out what our beautiful trails have to offer with their fantastic scenery and restful stops. You and your group will enjoy will them all!

Willow Flowage and Tomahawk River

There is so much more to do on the water here other than fish for walleye, although the fishing here is phenomenal!  Just ask our annual fishing contest entrants and winners, they'll tell you all about it!

Come and put a canoe in at our dock located right on the Tomahawk River. Or make a day of it relaxing and having fun, floating on tubes with your whole family down the river. 

Across the street, the Willow Flowage calls for canoes, kayaks, paddles, or fishing boats.

We are in the heart of it all. Bring or rent a water vessel or stand along the shore. Either way, you're bound to come back year after year for more!

Nearby Shopping and Events

Willow Wood Lodge is right in the middle of two cities, Tomahawk and Minocqua, that have yearly events that draw quite the crowd - events such as the Harley Davidson Fall Ride and Beef-A-Rama.  They also offer quaint shops, summertime ski shows (kwahamots & Min-Aqua Bats), ziplining, and a zoo.
